With a 7-inch tablet, the newest BlackBerry Playbook is proud to be launched by RIM for the next quarter of the year 2011. The launching is already planned and properly scheduled this coming 2011. The RIM is also planning to sell the PlayBook in the global markets for the second quarter of the said year.

Verizon BlackBerry Updates for 9630, 9650, 8530 Rolling Out!
Verizon is rolling out software updates to owners of the BlackBerry Tour 9630, Bold 9650, and Curve 8530 tonight at around 6 PM EST. This isn’t OS 6, but rather some incremental stuff on top of OS 5. Both Verizon’s Tour and Bold will get some push-to-talk performance improvements, while the Curve is getting some GPS and visual voicemail improvements.

Sprint Stores Get Promo Materials for BlackBerry 9670
Some promotional materials for BlackBerry 9670 Style have landed at retail locations, indicating a launch in the near future. The biggest thing this flyer confirms is the market name: Style. Though there was some contention about the BlackBerry 9670 launching as the Oxford, it is clear at this point that it was nothing more than a codename. The flyer also confirms earlier suspicions that for the immediate future, the Style will be a Sprint exclusive. Verizon should still be getting in on some OS 6 action at very least by way of some OTA upgrades for their existing devices.

Rhapsody Offers On-Demand Music for BlackBerry Opens Beta
The Rhapsody mobile app is now getting cozy with BlackBerry. It’s been in a closed beta for a little while now but has since opened up, and anyone with a BlackBerry can get downloading. The Rhapsody music service is pretty standard! Users can make their own playlists using the Rhapsody’s 10 million song-plus library, stream tunes on-demand over Wi-Fi or 3G, or give the suggestion engine a shot which automatically generates a playlist based on a particular artist or genre for $10/month.

The newest Verizon BlackBerry Curve 3G is able to run OS 6
Just like its GSM cousin, the BlackBerry Curve 3G 9330 is proudly announced to the public with its newest OS 6 compatibility. There is has been no timeline given for such a software upgrade and yet it seems that it will not take long. A shot of the 9330 running OS 6 is apparently running smoothly without any problems. Although the company had seen estimates of OS 6 upgrades not happening, still, the picture makes the company positive, hoping to get something sooner. The BlackBerry 6 is a visual update and includes a few functional upgrades like a Webkit browser and an amalgamated social networking application.

The newest Verizon to release – the BlackBerry Curve 3G
Verizon will launch its BlackBerry Curve 3G. The said feature involves a high-speed smartphone with a keyboard and an optical trackpad with a significant contract of two years. Even though the T-Mobile fist announced the Curve 3G last month, Verizon doubled the memory of its model from 256Megabytes to a significant 512megabytes. The BlackBerry maker is currently dealing with the growing list of demands by the foreign government for access in its secure data.

With the present Competition, BlackBerry gets squeezed
The BlackBerry make Research in Motion has reported a total boost in profits this past few months despite of the increased of competition in the market and a fewer new subscribers in the market especially in the U.S. and according to the Wateloo, an Ontario-based company, it sold over 12.1 million devices in the second quarter, a significant increase of 45 percent from the same quarter last year. But now, the BlackBerry maker has been in the struggle in their smartphone market that it once dominated.

Everything about the device is out like the specs, the pics, the UAProf but what is missing is the launch date. Every minutest details of the new gizmo are for review but no information about the launch date. But one thing is sure whenever it is out it will be available on T-Mobile, AT&T and several other GSM carriers.
